About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally selling
- Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
- Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profitability
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to execute brand actions and product launches
- Support operational tasks including shipment processing and floorset execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stretching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices, headsets, and computers
