About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to implementing corporate policies and strategic decisions in the store
- Optimize the economic results of the store
- Organize and manage team work
- Address customer complaints to understand needs and propose solutions
- Coordinate with functional teams to improve efficiency and market share
- Maintain staff and product hygiene according to company policy
- Implement shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales and satisfaction
- Execute and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotional activities
- Manage selling, customer service activities, and staff competence
- Manage health, safety, security, and emergency systems
- Develop staff skills through ongoing training
