Responsibilities
- Lead sales and checkout teams to ensure a fluid customer experience
- Guarantee a high-quality omnichannel shopping experience
- Analyze commercial performance indicators and implement action plans
- Drive revenue growth and achieve economic objectives
- Support team skill development in sales techniques and commercial posture
- Manage multidisciplinary teams through individual and collective rituals (one-to-ones, briefs, annual reviews)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and focus on results
- Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (e.g., CRM)
