Responsibilities

  • Analyze commercial performance indicators and implement action plans
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve economic objectives
  • Support team skill development in sales techniques and commercial posture
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams through individual and collective rituals (one-to-ones, briefs, annual reviews)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and focus on results
  • Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (e.g., CRM)
