About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client requests with other hotel departments
  • Assist Customer Experience Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Contribute to room setup and contact clients prior to arrival to personalize stays
  • Ensure client satisfaction in compliance with LQA and Forbes standards
  • Update client profiles with preferences and habits in the cardex
  • Inform various departments of upcoming VIP arrivals and participate in their welcome

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Opéra and Micros software
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer sensitivity
  • Rigor and team spirit
