About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client requests with other hotel departments
- Assist Customer Experience Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Contribute to room setup and contact clients prior to arrival to personalize stays
- Ensure client satisfaction in compliance with LQA and Forbes standards
- Update client profiles with preferences and habits in the cardex
- Inform various departments of upcoming VIP arrivals and participate in their welcome
Requirements
- Proficiency in Opéra and Micros software
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer sensitivity
- Rigor and team spirit
