Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal relationship manager for assigned dealers and fleet accounts
• Collect, analyze, and present customer feedback (VOC) to executive leadership
• Design and implement customer-facing programs and process improvements
• Act as a central liaison between Sales, Service, Parts, Engineering, and Operations
• Track and evaluate KPIs including CSAT, NPS, and dealer satisfaction
• Support the development of performance dashboards and executive reports

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Account Management, or related discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Advanced computer literacy and ability to adapt to new enterprise software
• Strong project management and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background in commercial vehicles, fleet management, or automotive industries
• Experience managing or supporting a comprehensive Dealer Network
• Proficiency with CX dashboarding tools and Salesforce
• Experience designing and scaling Voice of Customer (VOC) programs
