About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve resident and prospective resident concerns with a focus on one-touch resolution
  • Enforce community policies and manage resident retention and renewal opportunities
  • Support resident engagement through community activities and events
  • Maintain community appearance through regular inspections of common areas and amenities
  • Assist leasing staff with prospective resident traffic and leasing processes
  • Document customer interactions and actionable insights in the CRM system
  • Analyze resident feedback and surveys to drive improvements and positive reviews
  • Collaborate with marketing to advertise rentable spaces and increase revenue
  • Oversee guest suites and perform annual audits of rentable items like garages and storage
  • Communicate property updates, rules, and maintenance information to residents
  • Partner with management to handle emergencies and incident reporting
  • Provide leadership and support during weekends to ensure service excellence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or management experience in multifamily or hospitality preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RealPage, Onesite, ActiveBuilding, or Knock
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Financial acumen and ability to read resident ledgers
