About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop customer relations through innovative commercial action plans and omnichannel initiatives
- Drive commercial performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement plans
- Ensure revenue growth and achievement of economic objectives
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team using a coaching posture
- Support team skill development regarding commercial postures and METRO solutions
Requirements
- Managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in activity piloting, performance monitoring, and project management
- Interest in professional food distribution and gastronomy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack and digital tools such as CRM
