About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relations through innovative commercial action plans and omnichannel initiatives
  • Drive commercial performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement plans
  • Ensure revenue growth and achievement of economic objectives
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team using a coaching posture
  • Support team skill development regarding commercial postures and METRO solutions

Requirements

  • Managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in activity piloting, performance monitoring, and project management
  • Interest in professional food distribution and gastronomy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack and digital tools such as CRM
