Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed store sales plans
- Manage customer experience by fostering a customer-centric culture
- Maintain visual standards and ensure the team is informed about products and promotions
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and loss prevention during your shift
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support talent development
- Collaborate with the Store Leadership team to meet strategic priorities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
- Proven experience leading others
- Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
- Availability for 25+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks in an agile environment
