Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed store sales plans
  • Manage customer experience by fostering a customer-centric culture
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure the team is informed about products and promotions
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and loss prevention during your shift
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support talent development
  • Collaborate with the Store Leadership team to meet strategic priorities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
  • Proven experience leading others
  • Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
  • Availability for 25+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks in an agile environment
