About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Drive an exceptional customer experience and maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • Manage staff performance through coaching, feedback, and talent development
  • Support sales plans and contribute to the store's profitability and growth
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and loss prevention during assigned shifts
  • Ensure the team is well-informed regarding products, promotions, and company programs

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
  • Proven experience leading or supervising others
  • Availability for early morning starts (as early as 4:30 am) and weekend/evening shifts
  • Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 lbs using appropriate techniques
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Québec
