About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Drive an exceptional customer experience and maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Manage staff performance through coaching, feedback, and talent development
- Support sales plans and contribute to the store's profitability and growth
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and loss prevention during assigned shifts
- Ensure the team is well-informed regarding products, promotions, and company programs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
- Proven experience leading or supervising others
- Availability for early morning starts (as early as 4:30 am) and weekend/evening shifts
- Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 lbs using appropriate techniques
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Québec
