About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Drive sales performance and manage budget and cost centre requirements
  • Maintain high visual standards and ensure a customer-centric culture
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and loss prevention during shifts
  • Coach and provide feedback to the team to support talent development
  • Support the execution of retail strategic initiatives and promotions

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
  • Proven experience leading others in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
  • Availability for at least 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
