About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Drive sales performance and manage budget/cost centers to achieve profitability
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by integrating physical and online shopping experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the team is informed on products and promotions
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, loss prevention, and health and safety protocols during shifts
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to support talent development and high performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Leadership team to execute strategic retail initiatives

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
  • Proven experience leading and managing others
  • Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
  • Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to prioritize tasks in an agile environment
