About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
  • Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
  • Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
  • Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
  • Manage labor hours to drive store profit and sales results
  • Assist with floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing

Requirements

  • Strong merchandising skills and attention to visual standards
  • Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
  • Proficiency with retail technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals in a professional setting
