About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales through active selling and floor leadership
  • Coach and direct associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain brand visual merchandising standards and overall store appearance
  • Manage labor hours and payroll to drive profitability
  • Support operational excellence, including shipment processing and product launches
  • Perform supervisory duties such as assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates

Requirements

  • Proven merchandising skills and attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Experience in a retail environment (1 year preferred)
  • Proficiency using retail technology such as headsets and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals in a retail setting
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners to achieve business goals
