Customer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall brand presentation
• Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
• Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
• Manage labor hours to drive sales and profit
• Assist with floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
• Strong merchandising skills
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights to drive results
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• Experience directing or supervising other individuals in a professional setting
