About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and grow top-line sales through active selling and floor leadership
- Coach and direct associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain brand visual merchandising standards and overall store appearance
- Manage labor hours and operational tasks to drive profit and efficiency
- Support product launches, shipment processing, and floorset execution
- Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to the team
Requirements
- Proven merchandising skills and attention to visual detail
- Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Retail experience (1 year preferred)
- Experience directing or influencing others in a professional setting
