Customer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
• Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
• Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
• Conduct associate observations and link results to specific behaviors and actions
• Manage labor hours independently to drive profit and sales

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong merchandising skills and attention to visual standards
• Ability to analyze business reports and insights to take deliberate action
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Proficiency in using retail technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals in their job duties
