Customer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales through active selling and floor leadership
• Coach and direct associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
• Manage labor hours and payroll to support store profitability
• Conduct associate observations and provide real-time feedback and coaching
• Support operational excellence, including shipment processing and product launches

Requirements

• Strong merchandising skills and attention to visual detail
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
• Proficiency with retail technology, including headsets and mobile devices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals
