Customer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
• Manage labor hours and payroll to drive store profit
• Conduct associate observations and provide real-time coaching
• Support operational excellence including shipment processing and product launches
• Assign work and provide direction to non-supervisory associates

Requirements

• Strong merchandising skills and attention to visual standards
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action on insights
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with retail technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals
