About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
  • Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall brand presentation
  • Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
  • Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
  • Manage labor hours to drive sales and profit while following company policies

Requirements

  • Proven merchandising skills and ability to maintain visual standards
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights to drive actionable results
  • Previous retail experience (1 year preferred)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, as well as frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
  • Proficiency in using retail technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience directing or supervising other individuals in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners to achieve business goals
