About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and grow top-line sales through active selling and directing associates on the sales floor
- Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
- Support operational excellence, including payroll management and merchandise availability
- Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
- Manage labor hours independently to drive store profit and sales results
- Perform additional duties such as floorset execution, product launches, and shipment processing
Requirements
- Passion for the Victoria's Secret brand
- Strong merchandising skills and ability to maintain visual standards
- Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Proficiency with retail technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
- Self-awareness and a desire to seek and incorporate feedback for professional growth
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals in a professional setting
