About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
- Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
- Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
- Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
- Manage labor hours independently to drive profit and sales results
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution of brand actions
Requirements
- Strong merchandising skills and ability to maintain visual standards
- Experience reviewing business reports and insights to take deliberate action
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stretching
- Proficiency in using retail technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience directing or leading other individuals in a professional setting
