Customer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Support operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Act as a front-line supervisor responsible for assigning work and providing direction
• Manage labor hours and business reports to drive profit and results
• Oversee merchandise availability and assist with shipment processing and product launches

Requirements

• Strong merchandising skills and attention to visual standards
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
• Proficiency with retail technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals in a professional setting
