Customer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
• Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
• Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
• Conduct associate observations and link results to specific behaviors and actions

Requirements

• Proven merchandising skills and attention to detail
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights to drive results
• Previous retail experience (1 year preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to use retail technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience directing or supervising other individuals in a retail setting
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners in both formal and informal settings
