About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales by leading and directing associates on the sales floor
  • Coach associates in the moment to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand presentation excellence
  • Support operational excellence through payroll management and merchandise availability
  • Act as a front-line supervisor by assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
  • Link business results to specific behaviors and actions to drive profitability

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong merchandising skills and attention to visual detail
  • Ability to review and analyze business reports to take deliberate action
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends
  • Proficiency in using retail technology such as headsets and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • Previous experience directing or supervising other individuals in a professional setting
