About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions, and presentations from initial request to post-event follow-up
  • Present and tailor content to introduce HP showcases and solutions to customers
  • Perform and articulate technical demonstrations of products and services
  • Support the deployment and execution of customized customer experiences for assigned segments and products
  • Manage briefings focused on strategic accounts, large revenue deals, and major relationship opportunities
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information and Subject Matter Experts for briefings
  • Develop and maintain briefing schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of briefing materials, including presentations, agendas, and reports
  • Maintain current knowledge of HP products, strategy, and industry trends to ensure engaging content
  • Capture and leverage customer feedback to improve the Customer Welcome Center experience

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in technical, project, or program management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient level of English
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Services and/or Solutions
  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate complex content
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
