About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions, and presentations from initial request to post-event follow-up.
- Present and tailor content to introduce HP's showcase and solutions to key customers and partners.
- Perform and articulate technical demonstrations of HP's technology portfolio.
- Coordinate with various departments, subject matter experts, and executives to gather materials and ensure briefing objectives are met.
- Manage briefing schedules and oversee the creation of materials such as presentations, agendas, and reports.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback to improve the Customer Welcome Center (CWC) experience.
- Monitor CWC KPIs and execute traffic programs to support the Customer Experience Program.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in technical, project management, marketing, or program management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Services and/or Solutions.
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate complex content to executive audiences.
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
