About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, personalize, and execute customer-facing experiences to build lasting relationships with prospective and current customers
  • Own the development and execution of the Ford Energy merchandise program from concept through delivery
  • Source and deliver on-brand gifts and amenities for key contacts, maintaining detailed records of customer preferences
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align customer experiences and merchandise with account priorities and sales milestones
  • Manage vendors and budgets for customer experiences, gifting, and merchandise to ensure cost-effective execution
  • Navigate the broader Ford corporate structure to secure access to venues, resources, and experiences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-touch client relations, ideally in a B2B or corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience in merchandise or promotional product management
  • Strong event planning and vendor management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and sourcing branded merchandise directly with vendors
  • Track record of organizing seamless events, including site selection and day-of coordination
  • Ability to navigate complex, large-scale corporate organizations to secure resources
  • Experience building AI-native workflows for process optimization
