Customer Experience Intern

Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries via email, live chat, and support ticketing systems with empathy and speed
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up to ensure full resolution
• Help build and maintain a library of FAQs, help articles, and onboarding resources
• Gather and document user feedback to identify recurring pain points for the product team
• Support the onboarding of new institutional clients and users to ensure platform confidence
• Monitor support metrics such as response times and satisfaction scores to flag trends
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure a seamless user experience

Requirements

• A genuine interest in education, edtech, or building strategic relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft professional outreach
• Natural relationship-building skills and a personable approach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations
• A proactive mindset and the curiosity to use AI tools to optimize efficiency
• Availability to start in August 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Claude, or Google Workspace
