About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Northern California market
  • Create demand through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry events
  • Partner with Client Partners and Sales Executives to identify and pursue CX opportunities
  • Serve as a Solution Lead or Subject Matter Expert during client pursuits
  • Own a revenue target of $15M and manage financial growth projections
  • Mentor a team of direct reports and practitioners within the CX capability
  • Contribute to project delivery through billable roles as a Delivery Solution Lead or SME

Requirements

  • Proven experience executing account-based growth strategies in professional services or consulting
  • Deep expertise in at least one CX discipline (e.g., Product Strategy, Service Design, or Experience Design)
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CXOs and CMOs as a peer
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Strategic thinking skills to connect market needs to capability strategy
  • Experience in the Northern California technology market and its decision-making landscape
