About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and scale Customer Experience (CX) go-to-market strategies specifically for the Amazon account
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines and lead complex, transformational enterprise pursuits
- Develop thought leadership and represent Slalom at industry events and conferences
- Partner with client partners and sales executives to identify and pursue technology-led CX opportunities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and technologists
- Act as a Solution Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure successful project delivery and client impact
- Manage financial projections, growth targets, and resource planning for the CX capability
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Customer Experience, including strategy, design, or technology
- Proven track record of closing complex, transformational deals with enterprise clients
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust in C-suite environments
- Experience leading and influencing within complex, matrixed organizational structures
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to navigate gnarly, complex client challenges
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to translate technical complexity into compelling narratives
