Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class branch services including welcome kits, chequebooks, debit/ATM cards, and Tatkal kits
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly within defined turnaround times
- Promote adoption of digital banking channels such as Net Banking, Mobile App, and Pay‑Zapp
- Support branch sales targets and ensure audit readiness at the welcome desk
- Manage branch operations and deliverables to ensure smooth customer flow
Requirements
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree
- 1+ year of banking or customer service experience
- Must possess a Pwd certificate or UDID Card
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
