  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly within defined turnaround times
  • Promote adoption of digital banking channels such as Net Banking, Mobile App, and Pay‑Zapp
  • Support branch sales targets and ensure audit readiness at the welcome desk
  • Manage branch operations and deliverables to ensure smooth customer flow

Requirements

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree
  • 1+ year of banking or customer service experience
  • Must possess a Pwd certificate or UDID Card
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset
