Customer Experience Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently to manage guest communications.
• Manage hotel room reservations, including amendments, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate dining reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
• Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, services, promotions, and events.
• Ensure all guest requests and special requirements are communicated to relevant departments.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Update reservation systems accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Support upselling initiatives to maximize room and dining revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or call centre operations.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and upselling within a luxury hospitality environment.
