About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage first-time customers through calls and emails to encourage second orders
- Guide customers on best practices to maximize service value
- Conduct post-shipment interviews to understand customer experience and pain points
- Identify early signals of dissatisfaction or drop-off risk
- Design and present tailored second-order offers based on usage patterns
- Execute targeted re-engagement actions for at-risk customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve early-stage retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer experience, success, onboarding, or retention
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and guide customers
- Data-aware with ability to track customer behavior and engagement outcomes
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or subscription services is a plus
