Customer Experience Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Analyze current situations using metrics to identify pain points and areas of opportunity for service improvement.
• Design innovative experiences that provide solutions tailored to customer needs and interests.
• Lead interdisciplinary workgroups to ideate solutions for the organization's main challenges and problems.
• Establish work plans to ensure the achievement of objectives within cross-functional teams.
• Apply service design methodologies to place customers at the center of all product and service projects.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, or Graphic Design.
• 3 years of experience in CX, UX, Usability Consulting, Process Reengineering, or Process Management.
• Strong skills in process mapping and designing personalized customer experiences.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Knowledge of Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints.
• Basic English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Service Blueprinting techniques.
