About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies for Gemini Enterprise CX to grow pipeline and expand accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, shaping AI-driven customer experience transformation strategies.
- Lead AI-first CX strategy conversations and develop differentiated market narratives based on emerging trends.
- Partner with Google Cloud, sales, and delivery teams to align cross-functional efforts and deliver unified customer outcomes.
- Accelerate customer time-to-value by driving successful adoption and ensuring measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Customer Experience (CX), and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills for both technical and C-suite audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, ML Engineer).
- Proven experience identifying AI use cases to solve complex customer challenges.
- Strong background in business case development and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Experience managing partners and hyperscalers in complex implementation projects.
