Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and urgency in person, via phone, or online
• Oversee customer communications including calls, emails, and texts
• Route urgent medical calls to doctors quickly and accurately
• Deliver personalized and memorable customer experiences
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and anticipation
• Provide compassionate guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions
• Process payments accurately while protecting sensitive information
• Follow up with customers post-visit to strengthen relationships

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Advanced knowledge of computer programs and practice management software
• Strong multitasking skills in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Ability to work in environments with noise and strong odors
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
