About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional journey to customers throughout the administration process from build to site start
- Establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize technology, internal systems, and software to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate data entry in line with Customer Journey and Group policies
- Support the Construction team to achieve higher customer standards
