Responsibilities
- Deliver a uniquely special experience to customers inside the facility
- Act as the face of the company by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
- Inspect vehicles with a sharp eye for detail to identify potential issues
- Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system
- Assist team members with various tasks as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Class 5 License with no restrictions
- 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
- Clean criminal background check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Availability for a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend day schedule (minimum 40 hours per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the retail industry
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Experience with warranty products
