About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone
  • Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing
  • Answer customer calls into the contact centre
  • Build customer relationships and find effective solutions to their needs
  • Develop knowledge of banking services and products to better assist customers
  • Identify new ways to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from a face-to-face or telephony background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their specific needs
  • Right to work in the UK
