Customer Experience Consultant

Responsibilities

• Execute client onboarding processes and act as a Customer Experience Consultant to develop long-term profitable relationships
• Assist clients in creating new activities and processes to achieve expected ROI on contracted solutions
• Manage and resolve important client problems and complaints
• Use strategic management tools like SWOT, SMART, and 5W2H to optimize solution usage
• Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in CRM and project management platforms
• Promote adherence to contracted services and collaborate with sales to maximize profit through fleet expansion
• Develop and present management reports regarding onboarding goals and client progress
• Implement Power BI solutions and perform vehicle data validation
• Manage multidisciplinary projects to ensure onboarding activities are completed on time
• Analyze result indicators and create management dashboards to demonstrate ROI

Requirements

• Experience in after-sales, specifically in onboarding and project sustainability
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects focused on client results
• Proficiency in client management platforms for reporting and indicator analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, reports, presentations) and Google Apps
• Post-graduate degree in Project Management or Business Management
• NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology certification
• Intermediate Power BI certification
• Intermediate English or Spanish is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Business analysis certification
