Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge - LAS

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the reception desk
• Take full ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
• Provide concierge, lifestyle, and travel consultation services, including minimal reservation assistance
• Resolve customer issues and concerns creatively to build brand loyalty
• Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
• Employ a "Customer First" philosophy to meet and exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in utilizing and switching between multiple technology platforms
• Resourceful, professional attitude with the ability to make quick, effective decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Experience with travel reservation systems
