Customer Experience Concierge Centurion Lounge

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the reception desk
• Take full ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
• Resolve customer issues and concerns creatively to build brand loyalty
• Provide concierge, lifestyle, and travel consultation services
• Offer minimal reservation assistance and tailored product recommendations
• Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
• Maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced, active team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer delight
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
• Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
• Resourcefulness and the ability to make quick, effective decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Previous experience with travel reservations
