About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the reception
- Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end to ensure brand loyalty
- Provide concierge, lifestyle, and travel consultation services, including minimal reservation assistance
- Employ a "Customer First" philosophy to resolve issues and meet expectations
- Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
- Maintain a professional presence as a brand ambassador for American Express
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide confident recommendations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
- Resourcefulness and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in unanticipated situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Previous experience with travel reservations
