About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the reception
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end to ensure brand loyalty
  • Provide concierge, lifestyle, and travel consultation services, including minimal reservation assistance
  • Employ a "Customer First" philosophy to resolve issues and meet expectations
  • Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
  • Maintain a professional presence as a brand ambassador for American Express

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide confident recommendations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in unanticipated situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Previous experience with travel reservations
