Customer Experience Concierge

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the reception
• Take full ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the member experience
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
• Resolve customer issues or concerns innovatively to build brand loyalty
• Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
• Employ a "Customer First" philosophy in every interaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is required
• Proven experience with reservation systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms and internet resources
