Customer Experience & Business Support Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the management, monitoring, and measurement of customer-oriented project progress
• Assist in the communication and operational execution of various projects
• Create and maintain analytical reports and dashboards
• Administer, redesign, and update the Customer Experience dedicated Hub (Intranet) page
• Collaborate with other project teams to identify new methods for collecting customer feedback
• Implement a media plan around team activities in collaboration with the communication department

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BAC +5 level program in Engineering, Business, or Management studies
• Strong interest in customer relations and business management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a creative mindset
• Strong organizational, communication, and flexibility skills
• Fluency in both English and French (negotiation level)
