Customer Experience Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for customers via in-person, phone, and email interactions
• Complete driver onboarding, including contract execution, pricing communication, and vehicle matching
• Manage driver and vehicle accounts to ensure all records remain accurate and up to date
• Support the vehicle rental process by preparing documentation and processing returns
• Schedule vehicles for service and repairs and coordinate with internal teams
• Capture necessary information following accidents to facilitate claims and charge processes
• Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to leadership to improve operational processes
• Operate cash registers and manage daily cash flow where applicable

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work Monday–Friday as well as rotating weekends and holidays
• Patience and professionalism when handling difficult customer situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
