As AI reshapes how people discover information online, Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and solving problems
- Join calls with leading brands and agencies to ensure they feel supported
- Help design and scale CX processes, including help centers and in-app onboarding
- Support customer initiatives such as events, webinars, and AMA sessions
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing actionable feedback to marketing, sales, and product teams
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Customer Success or Support experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
- Self-driven problem-solver
- Clear and warm communication skills via email, chat, or live calls
- Ambition to learn fast and take on responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS, B2B software, or marketing/SEO tools
- Familiarity with help desk systems or onboarding flows
- Exposure to AI, SEO, or growth tooling
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
