Customer Experience Associate II

Responsibilities

• Provide remote customer support to Kentucky residents regarding health benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid, and TNAF
• Assist callers with password resets, application status updates, and navigating government online application tools
• Manage back-to-back calls in a high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism
• Input and interpret data across multiple systems accurately
• Adhere to strict scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and scheduled break/lunch times
• Meet performance goals related to valid transfers and customer satisfaction surveys

Requirements

• Must reside in the State of Kentucky
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Excellent typing, grammar, and phone etiquette skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
