About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess calls to provide immediate service, transfers, or follow-ups
- Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and specific case details
- Perform routine call center activities regarding business products and services
- Use standard scripts and established guidelines to meet SLAs
- Provide specialized information to customers
- Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner
- Gather necessary information to update the database
- Escalate issues to senior levels based on complaints or concerns
- Explain company policies to customers
