About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine call center activities related to healthcare pharmacy products and services
- Assess incoming calls to provide immediate service, facilitate transfers, or initiate follow-ups
- Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and examining specific case details
- Use standard scripts and established guidelines to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Communicate with customers in a warm, empathetic, and professional manner
- Gather and input all necessary information to ensure accurate database updates
- Explain company policies to customers and escalate complex issues or complaints to senior levels
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Ability to follow established procedures, scripts, and standardized practices
- Basic skills in data organization, coordination, and database management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exchange information and ideas effectively
- Ability to work under close supervision in an analytical and operational process
